Requests for Travel should be made at least 5 days in advance.  Those received after this time may be refused.

Once you press Submit, if you have completed the form fully the following message will appear - Thank you for your request to travel. We have received your e-mail and will now process it. Confirmation of booking will be sent out to you by e-mail 4 days before the date of travel.
